All kinds of suggestions and complaints sent by our customers to the Customer Services Department and/or Customer Representatives via telephone, e-mail and fax are followed up and improvement works are carried out. Market research and customer satisfaction surveys are used to learn about our customers' current and future needs/expectations about our services and their perceptions about our current and future services.
The data collected during regular surveys and daily customer relations are used to determine and increase the satisfaction level of customers with their relations with our organization.
